Easy Hair Detangler Tip

Aromatherapy Milk Bath
This is an alternative for your classic milk bath, use powdered milk for this rather than whole milk. Use about a half cup of powdered milk, 1/4 cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt, and 2-4 drops of your favorite Young Living Essential Oil, such as: German Chamomile, Jasmine, Lavender, Rose, Peace & Calming, or Dragon Time for a wonderful relaxing scent.

To lift graying cells and enliven skin tone: add 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 pinch fine sea salt, 1 tsp. oat flakes, and 1 teaspoon finely ground almonds, with 1 drop of Young Living Basil essential oil (mixing the basil, salt and vinegar first).
Natural Extra Gentle Facial Scrub
First splash your face with warm unclorinated water.
Pour 2-3 tsp. of Baking Soda into the palm of your hand.
Add 1 drop of Lavender or Clary Sage essential oil. Add a little warm water to make a paste.
Scoop the scrub onto your fingers and massage all over your face in circular motions.
Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
This scrub can be used 2-3 times a week before bedtime. Use warm water, never hot. In the morning wash with warm water only. Avoid abrasive scrubs if skin is sensitive.
Additional tips:
For Oily Skin: use 1 drop Yong Living's Juniper essential oil. This is an exfoliating scrub designed to gently eliminate dead skin cells.
For Normal Skin: use 1 drop Young Living's Peppermint essential oil.

3 Wise Men & Copaiba Oils
Rub a couple drops of both 3 Wise men and Copaiba essential oil on your face every night to help regenerate and smooth wrinkles (do not get in eyes).
Body Butter Recipe
This recipe contains ingredients that are good for dry skin. Easy and inexpensive to make, Body Bars are a convenient choice and make nice gifts. The Body Butter will soften when in contact with your body and smooth onto skin nicely.
2 oz. Cocoa Butter
2 oz. Beeswax pastilles
3 oz. Sweet almond oil
15-20 drops Young Living Essential Oil (see suggestions below)
Nice Singles: Sandalwood, Chamomile, Peppermint, Geranium, Lavender,Wintergreen.
Nice Blends:Gentle Baby, Abundance, PanAway, Peace & Calming, Melrose, Dragon Time.
Combine the cocoa butter and beeswax in a small glass or stainless steel sauce pan. Heat slowly on a medium-low temperature (you just want the Cocoa butter and Beeswax to melt).
Once the mixture is fully melted, stir in the sweet almond oil, mixing until completely combined.
Allow the mixture to cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then add essential oil. Stir until completely combined. Immediately pour the mixture into your desired packaging (lip balm tubes are recommended options). Another dispenser option is to save paper towel or toilet tissue cardboard tubes, you will have to tape a bottom on the empty rolls, but to use you will simply peel back some cardboard around the sides to reveal the balm.
These bars are great for personal use or as gifts.
Exotic Fragrance Body Powder Recipe
Warm, sweet, floral, and spicy all natural body powder recipe, much safer for your health than store bought body powders. As always, I only recommend using Young Living's essential oils because they are the finest in the world and promote well-being.

10 drops Frankincense essential oil
5 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
3 drops Coriander essential oil
3 drops Sandalwood essential oil
1 drop Patchouli essential oil
Put the flour into a glass jar, then add the essential oils. Tighten the cap, shake well and allow to stand for 24 hours. Puff over your body using a powder puff.
A Recipe for Pretty Feet
Mix 2-3 tablespoons cornmeal and 2 tablespoon fresh mashed avocado or avocado oil in a small bowl till they form a mealy texture.
To use:
Place feet on a towel. Put one half of the mixture in the palm of your hand, rub both hands together, and apply to one foot, working the gritty and emollient meal into calluses and rough spots, and up and around the toes.
Repeat with other half of mixture on other foot. Rinse and dry feet thoroughly.
Repeat treatment once or twice a week.
Follow each treatment by applying a small amount of Young Living's Tender Tush Ointment - before you know it your feet will be soft and pretty again!
